Payment and cancellation policy

  • Upon confirmation, a down-payment of 50% of the total value of the reservation is required to confirm the reservation
  • 30 days prior to arrival the settlement of the remaining 50% of the total value of the reservation is required.
  • In case of cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival, 50% of the total amount of the reservation is returned to the renter.
  • In case of cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival 100% of the amount is payed by the renter

Guarantee deposit

  • The amount of one night stay will be required as
  • Guarantee Deposit to be collected during check-in and returned two days after check-out if no damages have occurred.
  • The host reserves the right to pre-approve the total value of the reservation from the renters’ credit card.
